From time to time the bank acquires property as a result of foreclosure. While our ultimate goal is to keep our borrowers in their homes or properties, sometimes foreclosure is the only alternative. Once the property is foreclosed it becomes Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) and the Bank places the property for sale.
